The Mrs. and I stopped into a local Italian restaurant and market where I was greeted by these lovely ladies.

Day 085 : Rain Drops
Ah rain, welcome back! I love hearing the pitter patter on my roof while I am compfy on my couch. But tonight, project 365 would not allow me sit still, I need a pic. So, I drove over to Bob's Big Boy to see how it faired in the rain. Don't worry Bob was just fine.
Day 084 : Tally Rand
Tally Rand is another Burbank institution. I'm a huge fan of greasy spoon diner's and the food here is great. Grab a booth and enjoy.
Day 083 : Step up to Fun
This peg is the step to a coin operated merry-go-round. Good thing I had some change on me, cause my girl decided to go twice.

Day 082 : Lion's & Dino's & Pirate's, OH MY!
My girl loves to have all her toys co-mingle. The pirates and dinosaurs and jungle animals all have to play nice together or not play at all.
Day 081 : Bolt the Super Dog
Today Disney's "Bolt" was released in theaters, so they had a bit of a release party on studio lot. This is the prize basket I won due to the fact I have heard the song from the movie about 1000 times in the last 30 days. (The song by the way is "I Thought I Lost You", sung by Miley Cyrus and John Travolta)
Day 080 : Park at Mo's
Another lunchtime shot. Mo's is a "fancy" burger bar over by the less "fancy" Bob's Big Boy in Toluca Lake. Of course, every burger is special in it's own way.
Day 079 : Red Pole
This pole resides in front of the El Royal motel over in Studio City. I snapped this shot on my way back from the always tasty Bollywood restaurant.

Day 077 : Blue Light Special
Made a trip to the Doctor's last night. We thought our girl might have yet another ear infection, but nope, strep throat. Looks like we caught it early though, so she'll be alright.
Day 076 : Chili Dog Larry's
Another Burbank institution. In addition to great food they carry a selection of vintage soda. Also, how crazy awesome is this sign?!?
Day 075 : Washable Art
My daughter has mad art skillz. She's my little bathtub Picasso. After she completed this she turned and said "It's a rainbow!"
Day 073 : So Many Flakes
One of the many toppings offered at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt Shop. However, my treat was flake free that day, instead I had pumpkin and vanilla frozen yogurt with crushed gram cracker. Like a frozen pumpkin pie.

Day 072 : Leaf me alone.
This leaf was taking a break on the park bench outside my office. If I had the time, I would have joined it for a while.

Day 069 : All the leaves are brown.
Oh glorious fall! I'm so glad you've returned. The air is crisp, the leaves crunch beneath my feet, and the smell of autumn is everywhere. Thanks for visiting us, even in Los Angeles!
Day 068 : TtV Trike
My little girl's legs can't quite reach the peddles, until then, the trike makes for an excellent through the viewfinder subject.

Day 066 : Double Oh Awesome
If you have not yet read any of the original 007 novels by Ian Fleming, then...I just don't know what. I know you're not supposed to judge a book by it's cover, but come on! Each book teases you with pulpy goodness on the outside that is matched with Fleming's writing on the inside.
Day 065 : El Royal Motel
Man, the signs in Los Angeles rock so hard. I walked passed the El Royal Motel with coworkers on our way to lunch at Bollywood, an Indian restaurant on Ventura.
Day 063 : Tin Can Mailman
The Tin Can Mailman is one of my favorites stops in Humboldt County. It's a two-story building containing stacks and stacks of used books. Today's visit vetted a few slightly worn graphic novels I've been to cheap to pay full price for.
Day 062 : Moonstone
I loved taking my girl down to the same beach I used to play at when I was a kid. And she loved dragging that stick around.
Day 061 : Apple Picking
Got to do a little apple picking at the in-laws homestead up in Humboldt county of the weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Day 060 : Halloween at Studio
The Mrs. brought the girl to the lot today for a little Disney Halloween fun. The mural behind her doubles as a game, you put your hand through the window and get a prize. She got a cool pumpkin noise maker that she is now in love with. (In her hand is a pom-pom from our Haunted High School Musical costumes)
Day 057 : Smoke House
Went to a dinner at the Smoke House in Burbank. This restaurant is very old Hollywood and resides next door to Warner Brother Studios.
