week 13: polaroid princess
Well, the good people at The Impossible Project have done it! Brand-spanking new polaroid film is available (currently in BW only) at their site. In honor of their accomplishment, I used one of my last two packs of Polaroid 600 (it expired in 2005, can you tell?). Order up!

week 12: backlit stop sign
I was getting ready to turn in for the night, locking the doors and turning out lights, when I realized that the folks over at Warner were still working. Since they decided to light up the whole neighborhood for a night shoot, I figured they wouldn't mind if I borrowed a bit of their lighting for my backlit p52 shot. Thanks Warner Brothers!

To get this project started, here's a photo of my boy doing a little people watching at the park.

instant lillian in living color
I'm still experimenting with my new (old) Polaroid Land Camera continues. I'm starting to get the hang of the fujifilm 100C film, which proved trickier then the higher ISO black and white.
This is my girl, offering me a fall leaf.

animation
This is the old animation building here on the studio lot. Not sure why there was a work light blasting the animation sign, I just know that I love the shadows it cast! This was taken on my Polaroid Land Camera, so what appears to be the ghost of Walt flying out of the building is actually light leakage from when I was forced to open the back to pull a crumpled tab loose.
