weathered - light & texture

Our landlord's policy is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". It should be "if doesn't contribute to your death in a way that will make me financially liable, don't fix it".

All of our windows are heavily weathered and require great care when opening and closing. Luckily, I am a fan of what nature can do to a man-made object, given time, and minus maintenance.
